I have taken the NACHI commercial Inspection training course and conduct commercial inspections using the NACHI SOP and the ASTM E-2018.01 international standards for baseline commercial property assessment.

I have completed the Nachi Water Well certification course and have extensive experience with the special conditions which present themselves on an acreage setting. I live on an Acreage just east of Lloydminster with my wife and three children and have experienced many of the problems that acreage life can throw at you.

I have 20 plus years of renovation experience as well as several years of running my own renovation company. 

I have completed the 500 hour Carson Dunlop Home Inspection course with a 91% final mark.

I hold a four year Bachelor of Education Degree as an Industrial Arts Technology Education Teacher.

I have been conducting inspections since 2006 and have never had a complaint in that time.
