I have taken the NACHI comercial Inspection training course and conduct commercial inspections using the NACHI SOP and the ASTM E-2018.01 international standards for baseline commercial property assessment.

Specializing in acreage  Inspections

I have completed the Nachi Water Well certification course and have extensive experience with the special conditions which present themselves on an acreage setting. I live on an Acreage just east of Lloydminster with my wife and three children and have experienced many of the problems that ecreage life can throw at you.

I have 20 plus years of renovation experience as well as several years of running my own renovation company. 

I have completed the 500 hour Carson Dunlop Home Inspection course with a 91% final mark.
