I take pride in my work and my ability to help you become informed about the condition of your home. At the end of the day however it is you who decides if I have accomplished this task.

    So lets say you are very pleased by my service. Lets face it I may not work for you again for several years or perhaps even decades. The key to my success in this industry is to develop a name as an excellent home inspector, a name that only my past clients can spread around. Please, if you feel I have served you well I only ask that you don't keep me a secret. One way you can do this is through the referral program. By telling your friends about me you can earn back some or all of your inspection fee. Here is how it works.

     First of all after the inspection I will mail you a letter which contains several $20.00 referral coupons. Your inspection report # is added to the coupon and each time I receive a coupon with your # on it I will send you a $20.00 reward. The new customer will also receive a $20.00 discount when the coupon is presented before the time of the inspection. It is just my way of thanking you for recommending me.

       Furthermore you can photocopy the coupon and give it to all your friends who might be in need of an inspection. The referral program will be open to you until you have earned back your entire inspection fee, so long as the program runs. Remember my relationship with past clients does not end at the end of the inspection, I am available to talk to you anytime you have a question or concern about your home inspection.
