I cannot recommend Aulden enough! From start to finish, he has been incredible. He was already about half an hour into the inspection when he stopped to walk me through some concerns he found regarding the wood basement. Coming from BC, I had no idea what that meant, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. ​He didn't rush me at all, he asked me to think it over and was fine waiting will I talked it over with my husband before deciding if I wanted him to stop or continue with the inspection.His integrity is unmatched, he truly prioritizes his client's needs over just getting the job done. ​Beyond his honesty, he is incredibly detailed. He takes a ton of photos and videos throughout the entire process, effectively walking you through everything he finds. If you have any questions or feel confused, he explains things so well.
