I had followed up with Aulden several years after our house purchase (he had done the original inspection before purchase in 2021). We had some issues with our chimney that occurred after the roof had been re-shingled and the chimney flashed and I wanted his professional opinion regarding the renovation ahead. He took time out of his personal schedule to come to our home and inspect these items, gave recommendations on how to proceed, and on top of that, he didn't bill us!
